Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline At least 5 years related experience in manufacturer with min. 1 years at managerial level Good analytical mind on proposing investment plan on production facilities to meet production / market demand Good sources of new manufacturing technologies Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Previous relevant experience in garment manufacturing / soft toys manufacturing sector would be critical and a necessity
