Requirements:
-Ability to lead a team of 13 QCs;
-Strong technical garment background in factories;
-Knowledge of pattern making and sampling;
-Familiar with European fashion standards;
-Experience in guiding workers;
-Familiar with tailoring and patterning;
-Team communication skills and self-confident;
-Good computer skills;
-Fluent English and Chinese.
