- Fluent German, English and Chinese
- Providing a degree of studies in the field of textiles
- Tailor apprenticeship and work experience are highly appreciated
- Adequate knowledge of relevant computer programs such as PDM, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Enjoy working in a team, being flexible and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and on schedule
- Checking and approval of fitting and quality of different product groups
- Give comments on protos, size sets and pp samples
- Lab dip confirmations
- Taking inline and final inspections in factories
- Supporting the communication between Germany and HZ office in sampling stage
- Video conferences for direct problem solving for all segments
- Working closely together with departments such as QA, design and production dept. in Germany on the one side, and with factories, QCs, merchandisers in HZ office on the other side to guarantee a smooth workflow
- Taking part in weekly meetings with different departments
- Working out solutions in case of claims how to handle in future
- Interest and ambition for improvements concerning workmanship and quality must be given at any time |
